It's difficult for me to lavish my praises on a scoundrel like Mike Hart even if he is the talented genius everyone makes him out to be. I mean - you try taking a road trip with the guy. Some may find it entertaining to watch a grown man consume a diet of pork rinds, M&M's and Mountain Dew, sort of in the way one is compelled to gape at a car wreck. Not me. I can do without his brand of creative fuel. The videos he produced for us may be effective sales tools, but I get queasy just thinking about them.

Interviewee shared this innocous comment:

Mike is on a constant chocolate rush - and that energy has been portrayed in his work.

When pressed, he added:

I don't know if I want to say anything publicly.

Well, it was scrawled on a bathroom wall in red lipstick - "for a good time - call 5-Star". Seemed like a good reference to me, so that's how I ended up working with the guys from 5-Star. How was it you ask? Their enthusiasm and energy was just a little too contagious. I found myself unable to sleep after our last shoot. I lay awake with death-defying images of cameramen hanging by their knees from the rafters to get the right angle. And then there was the client - infected with the creative bug & too much coffee.... don't ask okay? I am trying to erase it from my memory. My vertigo plagued memory.
